About Me
Hi, I’m Fla — a professionally certified, ICF-accredited Master Coach, Enneagram Coach, Chi Nei Tsang Therapist and Laughter Yogi.
I specialize in guiding you on a deep dive into your inner landscape to help you resolve obstacles, release limiting patterns, heal family disharmonies and childhood wounds, dissolve communication blocks, align with your life purpose, build a clear vision for what you want to create, and manifest your ideas into reality — all while cultivating inner flow and personal autonomy.

Deep-Level Transformation Coaching

Enneagram Typing Journey
Includes 3 x 60 minute guided coaching sessions and a self-study typing tutorial (2/3hours)
This is a space for honest self-reflection, deep insight, and meaningful discovery. Together, we’ll embark on a step-by-step, collaborative coaching journey to uncover your true Enneagram type, using a process that goes far beyond surface behaviour.
You’ll be guided through a beautifully structured framework that helps you explore why you do what you do — not just what you do. By the end, you’ll feel seen in a fresh and profound way, with greater self-compassion, clarity, and a deeper connection to your true self — along with an inspiring path for growth ahead.
The Real Connection Lab
"An Experiential Workshop in Heart-Led Communication and Real Connection"

Through heart-led dialogue, active listening, and embodied exercises, we return the art of communication to something sacred, honest and real.
In this space, participants will share their hearts, thoughts, experiences and challenges in an organised conversational flow, mostly in pairs, with partners changing each round. Every exercise is followed by group reflection, creating space for shared insight and witnessing.
